The US Sailing Championship of Champions is a sailing competition organized by US Sailing annually since 1976. The winner takes the Jack Brown Trophy.
US Sailing selects up to nineteen competitors from nominees by their class associations who are current national or North American champions of their respective classes.
Eligible are sailors who sail in the United States, are members of US Sailing and are members of a club, class or association affiliated with US Sailing. Additionally, each year a guest helm is invited, usually a US Sailor of the Year or an Olympic sailor.
The championship is held in a different class each year, with new and identical boats, in classes with a maximum number of crew aboard of 3 persons.
The Championship is named in honor of Jack Brown, who was noted for his service as a judge, regatta organizer and member of US Sailing Committees.
