Peter Adam Daiches Dubens (born 1967), is a British internet entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of Oakley Capital and its associated group of companies. He has earned a reputation for avoiding publicity.

Early life and education
He attended Sussex House Preparatory School in Cadogan Square, Chelsea and then the Jewish Free School in Camden, North London.

Career
Peter Dubens worked as a driver for Joe Lewis, Bahamas-based billionaire before becoming an entrepreneur in 1985 after the launch of his thermochromic t-shirt company (age 18). He occupies director and board positions with Time Out, the Daisy Group plc, Global Licensing and KX Gym. After his t-shirt business, which he sold to Coats Viyella Plc for GBP8 Million along with its 6 airport branches in 1990, Dubens became the Co-Founder of Global Inc Limited, a certified clothing supplier to UK leading retailers Marks and Spencers, C&A, and the Arcadia Group. Later that year, he became Co-founder of Global Accessories Limited (a UK distributor for Vans shoes and Eastpack bags). Following public market success with Pipex Communications plc and 365 Media Group plc, he founded Oakley Capital in 2002, a privately owned asset management and advisory group comprising Private Equity and Venture Capital, managing over EUR1.5 billion. Oakley Capital Private Equity invests in and supports the continued growth and development of some of Europe's leading companies, including global media group Time Out, the iconic sailing brand, North Sails and Facile, Italy's leading price comparison website.
Private life
Peter Dubens lives in Chelsea with three daughters: Isabella, Kezia and Molly
